Lifestyle Disease

There are a lot kind of foods that attract us very much, but these foods are usually greasy or high calories because of its process. Generally speaking it is easy to get fat today because we can't consume its calories completely and taking high calorie foods make it easier for us to get illness. Being fat is not healthy and these situations cause many serious sickness for example, Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus, Dyslipidemia and so on (usually it is called Lifestyle disease).To my regret, it have been spreading out during young people, so I searched some measures which prevent it.

Exercise
I found a interesting site about prevention of lifestyle disease by exercises. According to this site, it is important to move our bodies even if little in our daily life and this site introduces some unique ways to exercise. I think these means is light exercise for busy people. Let try it!

Food
I think How to eat meal is the most essential way to keep us healthy and if we observe it, we never get sickness, but it is little difficult because there are so many delicious and attractive foods, so I think it is more important to be conscious what we should eat and be able to make healthy meal that doesn't bore us.
